MARYVILLE, MO, September 10, 2016 – NASA has featured Midland Surveying, Inc. in the September 2016 publication, “NASA Industry Forum” as part of a small business success feature. Midland Surveying, Inc., and Midland GIS Solutions, LLC; dba Midland GSS, JV holds a Federal Geospatial Support Services contract with NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia.

Midland GSS, JV has 14 staff members on site at the NASA facility in Hampton.  In addition, remote development and support are provided out of Midland’s headquarters in Maryville, Missouri.

Under the joint venture, Midland Surveying provides GPS data collection and mapping support.  Midland Surveying is one of the largest and most experienced professional land surveying companies in the Midwest and one of the few Federal Certified HUBZone firms providing geospatial services in the United States.
